One of the advantages of American-market SL models is that they have often spent most of their lives in a dry climate. This Mercedes-Benz 380 SL appears to be no exception. It was originally delivered new in Los Angeles, California. The car has been registered in the Netherlands since August 2020 and is presented in excellent condition.

The combination of a dark blue exterior (Dunkelblau, paint code 904) and a beige leather interior was extremely popular in the 1980s and remains remarkably fresh and elegant today. Equipment includes an automatic transmission, air conditioning, two electrically adjustable exterior mirrors and electric windows. The car also comes with a wind deflector and a separate hardtop. The care lavished on the SL by its previous owners is evident not only in the immaculate genuine leather interior, but also in its exceptionally well-preserved overall condition and excellent soft top. Powered by a 3,818 cc V8 producing 218 bhp, this SL is a thoroughly enjoyable car to drive.
