The classic and much sought-after Ponton version from Mercedes-Benz is mainly a model from the fifties. However, the Ponton was still being built in the early sixties. Not for long, because the ‘Heckflosse’ would soon take over. This Mercedes-Benz 190 B from 1961 is therefore one of the last Pontons produced. The car has a beige paint color with a dark brown roof, a color scheme that looks absolutely stunning. In addition, the car has a folding roof that can be opened almost over the entire roof. Under the hood is an 1897 cc four-cylinder petrol engine that is mated to a manual gearbox that is operated with steering gear. Since 1980 the car is registered in the Netherlands and since 2015 it has been in the hands of the current owner.
