In its two-tone green paint, this Jaguar Mark IX is a stately car. The distinguished character is en-hanced by the high grille and the graceful rear wings. This Mark IX is equipped with the three-speed Borg Warner automatic gearbox, which was an expensive option in those years. The Jaguar has un-dergone a partial restoration in the past. The blue leather on the two benches and the blue interior trim are like new. Two picnic tables are available for the rear passengers, which are attached to the back of the front bench. In between the picnic tables is a veneered and lockable drinks cabinet fit-ted. Furthermore, this Mark IX is equipped with a steel sunroof, fog lights and the original Blau-punkt radio.
The high-quality restoration work was carried out by Jaguar expert Demandt-Wagemans, who af-fixed a metal nameplate to the boot lid.
