This MGB roadster is a newly delivered car in Europe, the Netherlands, and was registered in 1963. The car still has the original Dutch registration. It is a spoon-door-latches version which has recently been extensively restored. The charming steel and classic dashboard in shrink-paste, the spoke rims and the beautiful early exterior latches give such an early MGB roadster even more cachet. The spoon-door-latches versions are therefore more sought after.
The roadster has a beautiful typical British color scheme: a dark green exterior, a new black convertible top and a beautiful black leather interior. Speaking of which: seats with headrests have been installed in the interior for safety and comfort reasons. The interior also offers a lot of space.
The MGB drives great and thanks to the well-functioning overdrive, highways are no problem at all. A whole series of invoices attest to the well-executed restoration.
