Early 350 SL - Very sound condition - Soft top like new and hard top is included

This 350 SL is a very early specimen that can be recognized by, among other things, the beautiful small exterior mirrors as only the first ones have. Like many early copies, this SL was delivered new in America. The great thing is that it still has the original short bumpers. Later, safety requirements in America were tightened, making the bumpers on many cars considerably more robust. This looks good on a number of cars, but not on most. Anyway, this one has, in our opinion, the nice short bumpers. This SL is in a very solid and well-maintained condition. The car has a Dutch registration. The car was correctly repainted in the past, but as far as we know it has not been restored. The soft top is like new and a hard top is included. The car is of course rust-free, also in critical places. This is a very early 350 SL, in this condition a real car for a nice collection, or the start of it.
The car will be serviced before delivery.
