This Mercedes-Benz 220 SE Cabriolet from 1959 is rare, only 1112 units have been produced. The two-tone paint, blue and cream, with a new blue fabric shade provide a very chic look. The original cream leather seats are in good condition. This 220SE was bought in Germany by an American soldier. Originally equipped with European specifications, later taken to the United States by the military. The Holland America ticket is present. The current owner bought the car in America and brought it to the Netherlands. Therefore, the car has a Dutch registration. This is an older restoration with normal traces of usage, the 220 SE is in a good condition.Technically a very well maintained car. For example, in 2010 a complete engine overhaul was done by the company Van Dijk, Lisserbroek. The car has been in the possession of the current owner for a long time and has driven club rides at home and abroad without any problems. The original Becker Europe radio still adorns the dashboard.
